We offer a unique **Check-at-Door** service. Our return policy is strictly applicable **only at the time of delivery**. This ensures that you can inspect the quality and fit of your accessories before finalizing the purchase.
You are encouraged to open and inspect the product while the delivery partner is present.
If you are not satisfied with the product, simply return it to the delivery partner immediately.
We don't ask for reasons if you choose to return at the doorstep.
Once the delivery is accepted and the partner leaves, we cannot process further returns.
When our delivery partner arrives at your location in Delhi, you have the right to inspect the product. Please check for any physical damage, color mismatch, or missing components.
Once you have inspected the product and are satisfied, you may accept the delivery. Acceptance of delivery signifies that the product has been received in good condition and meets your expectations.
If you find the product unsatisfactory at the time of delivery, you can refuse to accept it. If you have already paid online, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
